Nuralet Limited (“Nuralet”, “we”) operates nuralet.com. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy.

Products and specifications

Every product page lists the metal and, where measured, the weight and dimensions. Pieces are made by hand, so weight and dimensions can vary slightly from piece to piece, and colours can look different on different screens. Lab-grown and natural stones are always labelled as such.

Prices and quotes

Prices are in US dollars. Because our pieces are priced from the metal spot price, listed prices can change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Pieces above $1,000 are quoted individually at the current spot price before payment, and custom pieces are priced by written quote after a 3D render. A quote is valid for the period stated in it.

Orders and payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. Your order is confirmed when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order - for example because of a pricing error or suspected fraud - and if we do, we refund you in full.

Made to order

Pieces are made to order, normally within 2-4 weeks. Shipping, customs and delivery are covered in our Shipping Policy; returns, refunds and cancellations in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Custom work

When you send us a sketch, photo or design, you confirm you have the right to use it. We may decline work that copies a protected design, logo or trademark. Renders show the approved design; the finished piece is made to the specification in your approved quote.

Intellectual property

The designs, photos and text on this site belong to Nuralet and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page.
