Nuralet Limited (“Nuralet”, “we”) runs nuralet.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Order details - your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you bought, when you check out.
- Payment details - handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages - what you send us by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, including sketches or photos for a custom piece.
- Technical data - your IP address and browser details, recorded in server and security logs.
How we use it
- to make, ship and deliver your order;
- to answer your questions and quote custom work;
- to process payments, refunds and returns;
- to prevent fraud and keep the site secure;
- to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop, each under its own privacy terms:
- Wix - our store, checkout and order system;
- Stripe - payment processing;
- Cloudflare - hosting, network and security;
- shipping carriers and customs authorities - to deliver your order;
- Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) - when you contact us there.
Some of these providers process data outside your country.
Browser storage and cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site keeps your bag and a visitor session in your browser’s local storage, so your bag survives a page reload. The checkout and payment provider may set their own cookies to complete a purchase and prevent fraud. The live metal prices in the header come from a third-party price feed (gold-api.com) and our fonts from Google Fonts; both receive your IP address as part of the request.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request or order.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, subject to what the law requires us to keep. Email sales@nuralet.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
The site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
