Shipping Policy

Production time

Every Nuralet piece is made to order. Production takes 2-4 weeks from the day your order is confirmed. Pieces priced above $1,000 are quoted before payment, and their production time is confirmed in the quote. Custom pieces go into production once you approve the 3D render, on the timeline given in your quote.

Where we ship

We ship within Thailand and internationally. If a carrier cannot deliver to your address, we contact you before dispatch, and refund the order in full if there is no alternative.

Shipping cost

Any shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay.

Insured and tracked

Every order ships fully insured and with tracking. We email you the tracking number when your piece is dispatched. A signature may be required on delivery.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient. We declare every shipment at its full value and cannot mark it as a gift.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. To change it, contact us before your order is dispatched - once a parcel is with the carrier, we cannot redirect it.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If tracking stops updating, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery, with photos of the packaging if it is damaged. Every order is insured: we file the claim with the carrier, and repair, replace or refund your piece once the claim is confirmed.

Refused or undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is refused, or comes back because of an incorrect address or unpaid duties, we refund the order less the original and return shipping costs and any duties charged to us.
