A sketch on a napkin, a screenshot, a photo of something you saw on someone else. Rough is fine - that is what the next step is for.
We model it
You get a 3D render of the actual piece from every angle, with the dimensions marked. Change it as many times as you need. Nothing is cast until you say yes.
You get the real number
Metal weight at current spot, stone type and carat count listed line by line, labour separate. No designer markup, because that is not a cost.
We cast and set it
Made on our bench in Bangkok. Two to four weeks from approval, shipped insured, with the spec sheet in the box.

Email or WhatsApp - whichever you actually check. Attach whatever you have: a photo, a screenshot, a drawing, a link. Tell us the metal if you know it and the budget if you have one, and we will say straight away whether it is doable at that number.

Straight Answers
What does a custom piece cost?
Entirely down to metal and stones. A simple silver pendant can land under $300; a fully iced gold piece runs into five figures. The quote is itemised so you can see exactly which part is driving the number - and cut it if you want.
Can you copy a piece I have seen?
We can build something in the same spirit, at the same weight and finish. We will not clone a trademarked design or a branded logo piece, and anyone who tells you they will is also telling you what they think of your money.
Lab-grown or natural stones?
Your call, and we price both so you can compare. Lab-grown is chemically identical and roughly a fifth of the cost, which is why most iced work goes that way. Natural makes sense when resale matters.
What if I do not like the render?
Then we change it, or you walk away and owe nothing. The render stage exists precisely so nobody finds out at the end.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, insured and tracked. Import duty is on you and varies by country - ask us and we will tell you what customers in your region have actually paid.
